March 13, 2020

Dear families, friends and associates,

In keeping with the care management tradition of open communications and clarity, we wanted to bring you, our partners in care, up to speed on the recent developments as it pertains to the coronavirus Pandemic. Today, March 13, 2020, our President issued a national state of emergency taking the stance of limiting unnecessary visits to nursing homes and assisted living facilities. We are striving to make our buildings the safest place possible for our patients and are hoping that limiting access to the buildings would add an extra layer of safety.

This is a medical crisis of epic proportions. Your cooperation is needed and greatly appreciated as we continue to do our best to safeguard the health of our patients, your loved ones and our associates. Please note that recent recommendations from health authorities are discouraging patient transfers from buildings to home or hospitals.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to myself or any of our team members, and we will be glad to address your questions/concerns. Meanwhile, please stay safe.

Respectfully,

Dr. Fadi E. Saba, M.D.
KR Management Medical Director
